Fresh parsley can be stored in the refrigerator in a plastic bag. If the parsley wilted, spray it with a little water before placing it in the refrigerator.

  • 1 lower parsley leaf stem;
  • 1 lemon ;
  • 1 cup water (2-3 dl).
Usage
The taste isn’t that great, but it’s bearable. If you can’t drink it, add a little stevia, honey or maple syrup.

Drink it in the morning, before breakfast on an empty stomach. Take it for five days.

Take a ten day break.
