The menu (an example for one day)
Breakfast: cucumber salad (1 bowl), two boiled eggs.
Snack: A bigger apple, peach or 5 plums. All in all, up to 200 grams of any kind of season fruit.
Lunch: Cucumber salad (1 bowl), integral toast bread; you can add tomatoes or feta cheese in the salad as well.
Snack: A healthy cucumber shake (mix one fresh, young cucumber with an apple and a handful of spinach)
Dinner: up to 300 grams of season fruits.
IMPORTANT: You can always eat cucumber salad when you feel hunger. Include enough liquids and consult your doctor before you start with the diet.
400 grams of cucumber
2,3 spoons of sour cream or 2 dl of yogurt ( if you have homemade kefir, it would be the best choice), salt, and if you want to, you can add young, white garlic.
Peel the cucumbers and then cut them into small pieces. Salt them and mix well and then sip yogurt, sour cream or kefir (the choice is yours) and mix once again. If you want, you can add young, white garlic. Always eat it freshly prepared.
This diet, as any other diet for losing weight, can have a positive effect only if you change the bad habits in your nutrition and you become physically more active. The kilograms will not melt on their own even with such as restrictive diet as this one.
Everyday walks in nature, at least half an hour, riding a bike, light exercises such as squats, stretching, etc. and intake of enough fluids (at least 2 liters per day) are the main prerequisites for your success. Also, quality of the ingredients is crucial- the best choice is season fruit, always freshly prepared.
