The drink is very simple to be prepared. There are only three ingredients that all of us have them in our kitchens.

All you need is:

2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon cinnamon
A glass of water

Preparation:

In boiling water, add cinnamon, leave to cool, then add honey.
*** It is important that the ratio of honey and cinnamon is 2 : 1.
Half of the drink, drink it before going to bed, and the other half in the morning.
