weight loss drink

This juice accelerates calorie burning, helps with removal of excess water from the body, cleanses the body of toxins, nourishes your body with vitamins and minerals, helps with bladder problems and cramps, and within five days, you can lose up to three kilograms (of course, along with a balanced diet and moderate physical activity).

Main Ingredient – Parsley
Raw parsley juice is one of the strongest juices. It should never be taken at once, in large quantities from 30 to 60 grams, even when mixed with a large quantity of carrot juice or any other vegetable juice for that matter, such as celery, head lettuce or spinach. The percentage of parsley juice should never be too high relative to the amount of other juices.

Crude parsley juice has properties which are very important for the exchange of oxygen in the body, and for the normal function of the adrenal gland and thyroid. The life substances in parsley help each other maintain healthy blood vessels. Parsley is an excellent food for urogenital organs. It’s of great help in treatment of kidney stones and bladder stones, anti-albuminuria (excretion of protein in the urine), inflammation of the kidney and other kidney diseases.
It’s also effective against pain associated with skin and eye nerves. Weak eyes, cornea, cataracts, pink eye, inflammation of the eyes at all stages and dilated pupils can be effectively treated, if you drink raw parsley juice mixed with carrot juice. Never drink too much raw parsley juice, because its strong concentration could affect the nervous system. But it’s very useful, if taken with other juices. Parsley is used with great success at getting your period, mixed with beetroot juice, or with a mixture of beetroot juice, carrots and cucumbers. You can also ease menstrual cramps by drinking this juice.

Useful Tips
Fresh parsley is better than dry. If you need to buy dried parsley, select organically grown parsley.
Pick parsley leaves with a dark-green color. Avoid branches that have a yellowish color, or that are withered – it’s a sign that they are old or damaged.

Fresh parsley can be stored in the refrigerator in a plastic bag. If the parsley wilted, spray it with a little water before placing it in the refrigerator.

1 lower parsley leaf stem;
1 lemon ;
1 cup water (2-3 dl).

The taste isn’t that great, but it’s bearable. If you can’t drink it, add a little stevia, honey or maple syrup.

Drink it in the morning, before breakfast on an empty stomach. Take it for five days.

Take a ten day break.

Note: This juice isn’t recommended for pregnant and lactating women.
