An American diet: You Can Lose Up to 1 kilogram of Fat Daily

If you exclude carbohydrates from your nutrition you will stimulate the cleansing of the organism from the piled fats. This diet is not consisted of specially meals; neither do you have to measure the food that you consume. What’s more- you will not feel hungry at all!

The so called “American diet” is based on complete exclusion of carbohydrates from the nutrition which will help in the removal of fats present in the organism. You should take into consideration that the less carbohydrates you intake, the quicker will the organism free itself from the fats. The diet begins in Monday. During the first six day you will lose around 5 kilograms-each next day, you will weigh a kilogram less. In 24 days you can lose up to 20 kilograms!

Bear in mind that, if during the diet you have even one bite of bread or any other food that contains carbohydrates, you automatically stop the process of melting fats and you will prevent the proper functioning of the diet. What’s more, you will not achieve the desired results and you will have to start over. The diet can last as much as you want, i.e. until you achieve the desired weight. However, before you start with the diet, it is for the best to consult your doctor. In order to avoid the possibility of vitamin and mineral deficiency in the organism, it is recommended to take supplements such as vitamin C and D, calcium, magnesium and zinc during the diet.

Allowed foods:

All meat types: Lamb, chicken, veal, beef, etc. prepared in all ways, except breaded. You can eat boiled, roasted and dried meat, barbecue, sausages, and lunch meats, but not hot dogs.
All fish meat: sea and freshwater fish and all types of canned fish.

All salad types: Lettuce, egg salad, fresh or baked peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh or sour cabbage, beetroot, seafood salad, onion, spinach, radish… You can prepare the salads with oil, vinegar, salt and ground pepper.
All vegetables: Broccoli, Spinach, Cabbage, Asparagus, Artichoke, Tomatoes, Carrots, Celery, Leek, Cauliflower, Turnip, Chard, etc.
Drinks: Mineral water, drinking water, black coffee and all tea types without sugar. After the sixth day you can drink lemonade without sugar.

Forbidden foods:

-bread, potatoes, flour, rice, pasta, hot dogs, breaded meat, peanuts, common beans, lentil and pea, hazelnuts.
-Fruits
-Milk, butter, sour or sweet cream, yogurt, kefir, milk or fruit yogurts or puddings, margarine, no cookies, candies or cakes, whipped cream, sugar, chocolate, different sweet or salty snacks, ice cream, cheeses.

In some variants of this diet there is a permitted intake of milk products (with lesser carbohydrates) in small amounts, for example, a little bit of cheese or half a liter of yogurt daily. If you consume nuts, lower the amount onto one handful of nuts daily.

From Monday to Saturday the carbohydrates are completely eliminated from the organism and in Sunday you can eat carbohydrates for breakfast and lunch. Then, in Monday, you start over. (You keep following the rule- no carbohydrates). So, you follow the list of foods for 6 days and the seventh day you can consume carbohydrates such as pasta, potato, rice, etc. but no sweets. If you feel cravings for sweets, take honey or integral biscuits. The next day you go back to the nutrition without carbohydrates.

This type of nutrition will help you lose fat but maintain the muscles. Moreover, this diet is very simple but promises great results. The minimum weight loss is 10 kilograms per month. As with every diet, it is for the best to consult your doctor before you begin with it.
