When you are in a phase of detoxification or cleansing, everything you enter in the body should help you eliminate the toxins, but also supply you with fluids.
This diet can be done during a weekend. The consumption of tomatoes is highly recommended because of the presence of the antioxidant lycopene, same like grains and vegetables, which will increase the internal temperature and activate the process of purification.
Weight loss syrup:
(Drink it at night before going to bed)
● 300 ml of water
● 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
● 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
● 1 teaspoon of hot pepper
● 1 teaspoon of ginger
All components should be grounded in a blender and the syrup is ready for use.
Juice for metabolism activation
(Every day before breakfast)
● 6 tablespoons of lemon juice
● 2 tomatoes
● 4 cloves of garlic
● 500 ml of water
● 6 ice cubes
The ingredients should be added in a blender and mixed for 1 minute at maximum speed.
During these two days you should drink more green tea without sugar instead of water. Eat only vegetables and grains in small quantities.
